| One of the cleanest, tidiest and best run Costcutter stores in northern Ireland, run by a lady in her late 50’s and a very sharp operator.
We were called in to monitor her site, but she did not believe that she had any problems, after monitoring we did identify three staff who did turned out to be senior staff members involved in theft, each when interviewed admitted approx £3500 of theft over a 6 month period, this totalled £10.5k of theft over 6 month period, the store owner reported 1.5% increase the following year, all staff repaid money in full. This retailer did not think that she had a problem.
