| A filling station in the country, which was owned by two farmers, who lived over 50 miles from service station, had staff running the business for them.
We were contacted to investigate theft by a female member of staff they believed was stealing from them approx £30 per shift, after the installation of a complete cameras, and till monitoring system we recorded for two weeks and removed the recordings for monitoring. During the monitoring we caught a member of staff stealing substantial amounts of money; we contacted the customer with the result.
The owners were delighted, they both attended our head office to identify the female staff member, after viewing they informed us that it was not the staff member they had suspected, “that is my daughter” one owner commented, he had just sent her off to America on holiday, he was so embarrassed he actually had to leave our office and sit in his car for over 20 minutes in tears. The family resolved this matter.
