This month two separate customers benefited from our ongoing monitoring services. One customer asked SSL to check out a till shortage on one of his Tills. The suspected person was cleared.

However thanks to our experienced monitoring team they caught a different employee under-ringing her till and removing @£70 per shift.

Because of a recently fitted digital system we were able to check the girl out over 4 shifts the previous week and found evidence of at least £300 of Theft. Successful Security’s interview skills acquired admissions of £5200 over the previous six months followed by a full recovery of the stolen monies.

On the second site similar incidents were caught with a lapse of procedures advised originally by SSL. An admission of £1300 was achieved again with a full recovery.
