From the start of Successful Security’s business in 1996 they have conducted over 180 interviews with members of staff caught stealing within businesses.

These interviews have highlighted 1.6 million pounds worth of Theft. This works out that each person interviewed has admitted an average of £8,600 each. Following on Successful Security has been responsible for arranging £496,000 to be repaid to business owners.

We boast a 100% success rate in all our interviews. We have only ever had 2 people walk out on us during an interview, both were successfully prosecuted at court.

85% of our investigations have been amicably resolved between business owner and culprit with money being returned in every case. Only 15% went to court.
